Pass not available on TV

Two questions,

1 why does my pass not show on the TV

 

2 What kind of really crap service is it when there is no one to contact, cancelling everything

1 At a guess, you don’t mean your TV, you mean a YouView box connected to it, on which only Movies is available at present. And at a second guess, the Pass you are talking about is not an Entertainment Pass.

 

Entertainment is supposed to be coming to some YouView boxes in the future, but we don’t know which ones, or when.

 

2 You can cancel your pass, for yourself, on the device you set it up on, under My Account/Passes & Vouchers.

On a screen with big buttons all around, you may find the link you need is under a tiny green arrow, so be vigilant.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
