Pass cancelled, confused

Hi, 

So I had an offer for cinema pass for 6 months for £2.99 a month since April, which is all good, gone to watch a film tonight and it's telling me on screen I need to pay £11.99 for a pass... Gone into my account and no active passes, checked my emails and shows an email from yesterday saying I cancelled my pass, but I didn't.

I'd obviously like to reactivate it at the price I had, and find out what's going on too as I defo haven't cancelled anything 🤷‍ just no idea how I even manage to speak to a human being at nowtv to attempt to rectify whatevers occurred x

Does not compute.

 

When you cancel a pass, it doesn’t stop immediately, it runs until at least the next monthly renewal date.

 

What renewal date have you got there?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
