Last year I bought the black Friday offer of 12 months for £99. Mid way through this I signed up to sky tv so now tv wasn't needed and I totally forgot all about it. Today I've just been charged a monthly subscription for movies and entertainment without any warning or reminder that I still had now tv. I've since cancelled both passes but would like the £18 given back to me. Wonder how many others have been blinsighted like this? To make matters worse they've somehow got my new bank details even though I haven't logged in to my account in nearly a year!
