Paramount

I signed up for 6 months of Cinema with free Paramount Plus I have received a code, however, Paramount does not accept the code.  Is anyone else having the same issue? Only reason I signed up really! The chatbot doesn't work. I would like to cancel my membership, but I can't.

Hi @Teo 

With regards to the Paramount + code, was you using an existing Paramount + account ?

if not and you are using a new Paramount + account, what happens if you try a different internet browser and make sure if using a VPN it's disabled.

Yes - I have had exactly the same error message - what a con!
