We ordered the broadband service with now TV in september, there were multiple issues getting the account setup, support didn't mange to help us so we canceled the service and setup an account with another supplier who sorted the issue within minutes.
We paid for the delivery of a router for the broadband upfront, however the router never arrived and we were charged £9.99, which we are due a refund on, however we cannot get hold of anyone via online chat, email or telephone as the support contact details seem to be hidden throughout the now tv website.
Can someone please get in touch with us so we can arrange for the router deposit to be refunded.
