Paid bill. Now demanding to be paid again

I have a now TV invoice for £44.45 to show my services paid on the 17th December.

My next payment should be £22 on the 17th January.

My internet has been off since about 8 o clock this morning.

So I logged into now TV to check the line.

The line check took me straight to payments.

It is demanding the £44.45 off of me again.

It has been paid, there is an invoice for it on the 17th December.

So why is my internet off, and this amount is being demanded from me AGAIN!!

This is not on, I do not have alot of disposable income as it is.

And now there wanting £44.45 off of me AGAIN.

It was paid and my invoice proves this fact.

So why has my internet been cut off. This is not my fault. I did what I had to do.. and they have cut my services on a bill that HAS been paid.

Why have they turned my services off?

I have already paid this bill.

I can not afford to pay all that money twice. For something that has already been paid!!

@CarrieGrant

It’s most likely a glitch on the website. Best to call the broadband team using the link that @schnapps  provided.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

£66 is a lot to pay for Now Broadband. What does the payment relate to?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
