I have a now TV invoice for £44.45 to show my services paid on the 17th December.
My next payment should be £22 on the 17th January.
My internet has been off since about 8 o clock this morning.
So I logged into now TV to check the line.
The line check took me straight to payments.
It is demanding the £44.45 off of me again.
It has been paid, there is an invoice for it on the 17th December.
So why is my internet off, and this amount is being demanded from me AGAIN!!
This is not on, I do not have alot of disposable income as it is.
And now there wanting £44.45 off of me AGAIN.
It was paid and my invoice proves this fact.
So why has my internet been cut off. This is not my fault. I did what I had to do.. and they have cut my services on a bill that HAS been paid.
For NowTV Broadband account related matters, get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team.
There is a telephone number for Broadband customers in this link page below.
Why have they turned my services off?
I have already paid this bill.
I can not afford to pay all that money twice. For something that has already been paid!!
It’s most likely a glitch on the website. Best to call the broadband team using the link that @schnapps provided.
I have paid an overdue bill and today everything's restricted as I am supposed to pay the amount again of £66.00. When next payment is later in april
Call the team using the link up thread. Hope you get it sorted.
£66 is a lot to pay for Now Broadband. What does the payment relate to?
