Dear NOW TV,
I have done absolutely everything to try and get my entertainment package cancelled with you, but it is absolutely impossible. This is what I've done so far:
Tried cancelling via the website - Im given an error message saying that this part of the site is currently down.
I tried posting on this forum at the weekend - no answer
I sent an email via the website - no answer
I tried live chatting today - NO ANSWER
this is my last attempt to try and get this cancelled, if I don't hear back to you by tomorrow morning, I am taking this to BBC WATCHDOG.
