From my understanding NowTV don't send out statements.
When you log into the NowTV website and go to My Account > Bills & Payments what date or dates does it show ?
Or have you signed up to NowTV Broadband and received an order confirmation that your Broadband live activation date is in two weeks time ?
If you are referring to the live Broadband date, then your first payment usually goes out on the date your NowTV Broadband goes live.
