Since June no payments have been taken through my credit card direct debit. No alerts or warnings. I now only get a purchase a month pass coming up when I try to use it. Credit card test payment goes through so it shows it is working and accepting charges. It seems like your bill charging system is not working. Also I have not had any responses to emails or messages, and chat does not start. No proper email and no telephine numbers provided. The community cannot help with internal Now problems, but their staff should, if only they would respond!

Is this relating to TV passes or broadband?
If it broadband related you can call the broadband team and there is an automated payment system you can use.
