PAYMENT REVERTED

UPDATED NEW CARD DETAILS BUT PAYMENT OF 1 POND WAS REVERTED IN A MINUTE

@Anonymous User This was probably just the standard check on the validity of your card. To be honest, it usually takes a day or two for it to be reversed.

My subscription was stopped because I forgot to put new card details on my account.

I have done this now but account not reactivated.

We can’t, no, alas, because we are all just customers like you here.

 

You can read more about the strengths and limitations of the Community here with, among other things, a link that will lead you to Now Live Chat, who should be able to rescue the situation for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
