Cant remove card or set up payment pin. Been trying phone, live chat, email, fac ebook and twitter every day for 11 days. Zero reponse.

Same here. Worst service ever. Took payment, though website denies this. Sent me a text saying I'd cancelled, when I hadn't. No service, nothing. People, avoid this company! I'm going back to BT.
