Overseas calls tarriff

Hello

We frequently ring Australia. We are on the Anytime calls package. Am I correct in thinking the call charges to Australia are increasing from 2p/minute to 28.80/12.60p/minute from May 2022?

Yep, this is how i read it based on the NOW email received today and reading page 9 of the call traff changes from the 1st of May 2022 😡.

Edit - looks like there is also a 25 pence connection fee also 😠.

You would have to ask that question directly to a NOW Staff Member.

Perhaps drop them an email using the email address from this screen shot below.

Where did you fid the new international call tariffs?   

I just got the eMail saying they were changing from 2p/minute to "standard tariffs"... then none of the Further Info links seem to actually have the tariffs!!!  Any pointers appreciated

I went into my account and in broadband and calls clicked detailed call
costs. This shows the tariff guides, click on the one "from 1st May 2022"
