Overdue payment already made, but wifi still not working
I lost my debit card a while back and got a replacement, this of course meant the Nowtv could not take my monthly payments. I have since paid back the over due charge but this has not resulted in my WiFi being reinstated. I am also told on the website that I still need to pay the overdue amount, despite this payment showing on my account. What do I do?
