Overdue bill

Hi my bill is due on the 17th but don't get paid till 20th how long do the cut you off if you have a overdue bill can anyone help thanks

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

Once you receive the email that you need to pay your bill your service usually cut off two weeks after that, however since in your case it is only a few days difference you should be fine.
