I have woke this morning to my wifi being cut off and on my account it says i have a overdue payment from 23rd of augest yet in my recent payment it says ive payed on the 23rd of augest yet it womt let me pay the over due amount because the page just reloads itself every time i click pay now

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460
If not I would then recommend using the Live chat about the refund.

Hi, Ive just got email from nowtv that says unable to take payment from my card, however I used the same card to pay it off via phone call payment. There is nothing wrong with the card! Will same thing happen on next month payment!? Account number 623989617351
