I know with COVID-19 that getting in touch with NowTv is pretty much impossible. I got an email stating that I had an overdue bill. On my account page, it says that the bill was paid on time. No idea how to fix this?
I've updated my payment details as well. Will NowTv just take the money from this updated card before doing anything dramatic, i.e. suspending the account 😥
Any help would be greatly appreciated in these uncertain times!
