Overcharging on subscription

Hi, I have recently moved to your broadband and phone line which offered now tv entertainment package for £5.99 a month. This hasn’t been applied to my account and I have been over charged. When trying to sort this on your online chat the bot nowtv have doing the questions just takes you around in circles and nothing actually gets done about it. Please fix this as this goes against what I signed up for and is in breech of our contract....

This is a customer forum, so if you are expecting a reply from Now TV staff don't be surprised if you don't get one. 

 

What you could do is try calling the broadband team 0330 041 2460. 

 

Although most likely they will tell you to contact Now TV which can be done via Live Chat.
