I have been overcharged £23.97 for the month of June and July

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. If you've been overcharged and you're a NOW TV Broadband customer probably best to give the broadband team a call. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
