Overcharged

I’m trying to get through to anyone who can look at my nowtv account as I’ve been overcharged. There seems to be no customer service number.

@Anonymous User If you click on "my account" at the top and select "my passes" from the drop down list, you will find a form to fill out.

Customer services lady sophie and her supervisor cannot help when I was over charged. I have 4 entries of £9.99 on joining online and a further £4.99 plus £50.  I have two accounts with NOw Broadband ONLY and they are one for each flat. 

Customer services gives NIL services. 

Nobody to talk to? Does anybody know is not wasting time when a customer has a problem.
