Overcharged

I have been charged double for this month. This is even though I have paid last month and the past payments tab confirms the receipt. There is no past due - Yet the march payment has been taken double. This is absolute cheating and I feel so upset and taken for a ride. Please help

Is this for TV or broadband?

How much are you getting charged?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I don't have a TV subscription. This is for.broadband. The payments history
shows every single payment processed for the last several months. This is
23 pounds a month. But in the March bill it says credit left over from last
month - and it ALSO SHOWS a payment received on Feb 12th, on Jan 12th on
Dec 12th and so on. One feel so cheated that I cannot even tell you how it
feels

Many thanks for responding

Best

Use the number in my signature to give the broadband team a call. Hopefully you can get it sorted.

I have been charged twice, this month. Please cancel my subscription atleast refund one payment. It’s frustrating to get in touch with customer service. I don’t have a number to call.

If it’s TV memberships you don’t get a phone number.

As NOW supplies both TV and broadband you’ll need to confirm what your referring too.

Also, we are all just customers here, like you.

So while we can give you advice, we can’t sort out billing issues for you, or cancel anything for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
