Overcharged

I have been overcharged for a year sometimes taken payment 4 times in one month, also had payment taken after I've cancelled. The amount owed is 129.84. I want to know what now tv are going to do about this as this unauthorised payments and according to trading standards, I am entitled to a full refund.

@Charley29 there are 9 passes available, so if you have or had more than one you would get charged for each. The other reason is duplicate accounts  What you can do is complete this https://account.nowtv.com/payments/query/ if you have varying amounts being taken you need to compete it for each.  Now can then investigate and refund as appropriate.  In the meantime, double check your passes are cancelled.

I have one account never had that many passes, plus payments are different every month. I am entitled to a refund as I did not auothize these payments, I have one account.
