I used a code to get two months of Movie pass for 8.98. I've just been charged 8.98 after one month plus 9.99 for one month. How do I speak to an actual person about my account????

The chatbot just kept spitting me back at menu options, I have no idea how you actually get through to a human.
It's ridiculous. Could be solved in 5 minutes.
