Overcharged after months of issues



After 2 months of waiting, delays and bad customer service, I have finally got my broadband activated today. However, I have now noticed that I have been overcharged. When I first signed up, my contract was £22 per month but I've been charged £30. Additionally, I have not received the compensation I was promised.
