Over charged

So I pay £18 per month for my now broadband and phone line. I do not actually have a landline phone so no extra chargers ever. My contract end next month and I received email telling me to cancel or set a new contract or stick to what I have. But for some reason I was charged an extra £15.80 last month in April. But back to £18 this month and so forth. Can someone tell me why this is. And I pay for any other memberships I may have with now through separate payments to my monthly contract bill. So it should be the same every time.e. also had email telling me that my bill may change the price. If so it will be lower
