Over charged

Since I moved house I’ve been constantly over charged for my broadband plus my movie pass was supposed to be £5.99 for 3 months and I was charged £9.99 each time. I went from £22 to £28 to £35 for my broadband. It’s a total ###### take.

No point ranting on here about it, unfortunately it won’t be seen by staff.
