Over charged??

I was emailed an offer of an entertainment pass for £3.99 for 2 months, I activated it, but today I was charged the normal price of £7.99.. I would have cancelled it if I had known.. what can I do

If you haven't used two separate nowtv accounts when checking your passes and the offer has disappeared from your only sole account after you have applied the nowtv email offer, then your best option would be live chat where hopefully they can figure out what's happened.
