Over Charge

I signed up for broadband @ £18 per month with free any time calls...which incidentally i have no telephone and have no intention of having one (check my call log) you took £21.80 from me today when my account states that it was paid on 3rd July

Have you double checked your online account to see if this was for Broadband or TV passes? if not then please double check this, or you can contact our customer service department for billing query's.

Since the problem was clearly about the broadband and quite a while ago it
has since been resolved.
