We are waiting for the broadband to be set up but it saying unable to as there an outstanding payment but on the bill page there is nothing? What's going on?

Out of curiosity was this overdue bill message only popping up when you went to My Account > Technical Checks whilst on here and not showing in any other section of your account ?
Or did you receive an email ?
If it was when you went to My Account > Technical Checks then have a read of this similar thread that i replied on.
