So I created a account no problems. Then I look at sky sports and what packages to select, oops something went wrong, I got as far as entering my details last night to pay and then got the message again. I’ve since since spoke to 3 maybe 4 people online chat and got nowhere. I try to update payment details and oops there’s a problem, I’ve tried on iPad, iPhone and laptop all the same. I can’t check any details on my account as the oops there’s a problem comes up. When I try to select a package it tells me I already have one when I clearly don’t....
what’s the problem ?

Its the same with me, the service here is absolutely dreadful
