I’m trying to make a payment as Nowtv have restricted my broadband access today which I really need for work. I have tried 9 times with a few different cards, and it just keeps returning the message ‘a payment could not be taken’
what is going on??

Have you tried another browser?
Why not call the broadband team to get it sorted and explain about the fault.
