On my billing it still says I've broadband but I'm no longer a broadband customer

Why is it still saying I'm a broadband customer

So does mines. 

Left around 4 years ago and still being billed for £0 a month.

 

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
