Offers on separate accounts

I have 2 Now TV accounts and  accidentally put an offer on the wrong account. This has ended up with me paying full price for sports on one account whilst paying for it on a deal on the other account. 

 

I have cancelled the account at full price now, but I am still being charged at full price for the next month. Is it possible to get a refund and how do I go about doing this?
