NowTV Boost

How do you cancel the £5 NowTV boost subscription? There is no option to in the membership area of accounts.

To follow-up from @redchiz1  if you signed up online (a browser) then you will need to go back onto a browser to do so. If like me you won't be able to do it in the app as I manage the memberships on Chrome.

I’m using the same browser I used to add my Boost (iPhone safari) but there’s no option to cancel. Just ‘add membership’ Very frustrating. Anyone know a workaround?

Very odd, have you tried another browser like Chrome?

Odd indeed, I have just tried in Safari on my iPhone and I am getting exactly the same, only an option to Add membership, even though I already have it? Other memberships are as expected.

I would try another browser and/or My Account on another device as already suggested. Worth feeding back to NOW as a bug though.
