Now tv through BT package

Hi,

 

I already pay for a NOWTV package for the cinema and entertainment passes.

 

I am  about to take out a BT package for broadband and TV and included in the package is NOWtv all passes, Sky sports, Cinema and entertainment.

 

When signing up to the BT deal it asked if I already had a NOWtv account so I said yes and put in my email address.

 

My question is, will my old monthly payment to NOWtv now stop, seeing as I will now be getting the passes through the monthly amount I am paying to BT?

 

I am just worried I am going to be paying for NOWtv twice if you know what I mean

My understanding if you have given BT your NowTV account details, then your NowTV account is ported across to BT TV so you are not charged twice.

 

I don't subscribe to BT TV so i am not one hundred percent certain.

 

Maybe there is something in this linked help article will answer your question ?

Thanks for your reply.  I managed to get someone from BT on live chat and they confirmed what you said and that BT will now take control of the billing side of it and I will make no further payments to NOWtv
