Looked through other threads and seems to be an issue.
Now tv have taken 2 payments for sky sports. 1 is in pending. 1 is taken. This has happened on two occasions now
They tell you to speak to your bank. When you do the bank tells you tell Now tv to reals ease payment. Now tv say they can't see it and basically ignore it even though they have charged you twice.
When you go on live chat I've been cut off 4 times having to go back and explain my same story to 4 different people.
Is now tv always this bad? Think I will cancel my whole subscription when mine ends. What a terrible system.
They don't seem to accept or care if they take 2 payments and 1 is in pending you don't have access to your money
