Now tv streaming to Chromecast stopped working.

Hi,

until recently I have been able to stream now tv  episodes and films. Just recently I am using the Chromecast and it’s not working. I have tried this on 2 iPads. I have also reset the Chromecast and it’s still failing.

Any suggestions connection speed is over 30mb.

Have you unplugged both the router and TV for a few minutes?

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

The tv is hard wired into the network. We’ve got two connections and I’ve tried both.

I might have another go. It is embarrassing the website won’t allow that to be used as the interface which may get rid of the iOS app
