Now tv stopped saying wasnt money in bank 2 days ago there was also ive an overdraft how do i contac

As above now tv had said membership cancellation because of payment this 2nd time this has happened ive just checked bank there was money in and ive also an unused overdraft how do I get it touch much appreciated

You haven't answered my question. TV or broadband?

The company isn't Now TV and hasn't been in years, it's just NOW. 

It offers two products TV and broadband. Which are handled very differently. 

  • TV is live chat only (not 'Get Help quicker' which is the bot)
  • Broadband is call centre only
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008 my now tv saying payment ive sussed they take it off my debit card and not direct debit and ive just changed my mobile but I copied everything over to new moby and when checking payments etc found out my debit cards not registered on this phone I need to speak to live chat but cant get past that bloody bot thanks for your help much appreciated  👍

@gavs82008 I've got cancel or renew membership then the legal l bit dropdown menu the icons top right hand corner

Thanks I spoken to them before on phone but they said was only for bb as thanks hopefully it'll get sorted now ill keep you updated many thanks im very grateful 🙏
