I went to.watch now tv and the correct Hdmi output was shown on screen however just a black screen.
I literally turned off all my plug sockets as the tv is on the wall so it's hard to get to the stick and just remove and turn off.
When I switched everything back on there was still no now tv output.
However it must be working as I seem to have signed up to now tv boost costing me £3 despite nothing working on my screen.
So I need two issues resolving.
1. To get now tv working
2. To get a refund for boost i do not require.
Any help would be helpful
