Now tv is very disappointing

Purchased the now tv box which came with an offer for 2 free months entertainment pass. However, it is not possible to add this to my existing account and no one has been able to assist me in doing so - I have wasted hours in conversation with people at now tv about this. So I’m short, the offers all appear to be false. Very disappointed!
