Purchased the now tv box which came with an offer for 2 free months entertainment pass. However, it is not possible to add this to my existing account and no one has been able to assist me in doing so - I have wasted hours in conversation with people at now tv about this. So I’m short, the offers all appear to be false. Very disappointed!
Hi @Anonymous User
The box should have come with a scratchcard that has voucher code on it. The NowTV app on your box will have an apply voucher function you will be able to get to function If you go to the my account section of the NowTV app
Voucher codes should always be entered in capitals and must contain no spaces
Alternatively you can apply voucher codes from the following page on NowTV website
https://account.nowtv.com/passes (however, it would be best to use a PC/laptop. If you decide to use this method) . be sure to click the apply voucher button next to the entertainment pass.
Be aware that if you already on a voucher/offer for entertainment, then the apply voucher button won't appear until you are within the last 30 days of the voucher/offer you are already on. If you are already on purchase/offer then do not worry as voucher codes that come with NowTV hardware. The 12 month expiry on them
I hope this helps you out

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately there was no voucher contained within the box - I double checked. That’s the problem.
@Anonymous User Did you get your box direct from now TV? If so live chat should be able to sort this out for you
To get to live chat click here. Then click the arrow underneath 'account and orders', then click 'my now TV box order' and then click 'live chat'
Explain to them that the voucher code in missing and tell them what type of box pack you ordered. They will probably ask you for the serial number of your box or for your order number.
If you brought the box from elsewhere. You will have to return it to where you brought it from and get an exchange you will almost certainly need your receipt in order to get an exchange though
Hope that helps

Hi, thanks again
I did indeed buy it directly from the Now tv website
I have done what you suggested - I started a live chat - I was then asked
to explain the situation which I did, however, the person who I spoke to
said that they were unable to assist me so they passed me on to someone
else - then the person I was passed on to said the same thing (that they
were unable to help) - this continued 4 or 5 times and I was stuck on live
chat for around 30-45 minutes until finally I was passed onto someone who
just abruptly ended the chat without even responding to me.
I think I may just stop all the services which I'm paying for and return
the broadband equipment and tv box etc because I don't really like the way
that this has gone and I pay quite a lot of money for the services that I
am supposed to be receiving - I just don't like that they sold me something
that they haven't been able to provide me... I think its false advertising
and that's not good enough really.
Anyway, thanks for all of your help
Hi @Anonymous User
Right I am now going to copy in @Tony-D and @Karl-F who can hopefully sort this for you or they will know who can
