Now tv did not retain the existing phone number for my 97 year old grandmother. On the order it clearly stated the number was to be retained. Her friends and family were unable to contact her over Christmas, not to mention her carers and medical staff. After huge inconvenience, stress and numerous calls to Now tv and being told they couldn't get her number back I lodged a complaint and they closed it same day unbeknown to me. When I phoned to check the status of the complaint and found out it was closed I lodged a second complaint. No emails, phone calls or information has since been relayed to me about this. I am extremely unhappy about the service. I have already contacted ofcom and am now getting in touch with consumer services. I've cancelled the contract. Not one bit happy.
