I applied for free trial. After that immediately i tried to cancel my membership because there is no subtitles for most of the movies. I thouhgt i have already canceled because system asked me why i am cancelling. I answer that question too. Few days later i have received an email about my free trial, i entered the website and several times i canceled my pass but i couldnt understand if it really canceled or not. Now i see that you charge me for membership. This time i enter the website tried to cancel again now it worked some how. I did the same thing nothing different. I think this is cheat. You trick people with free trial, you dont let people cancel in this period, you charge, after that suddenly system work. I want charge back if you check your logs you will see that i canceled my account. Please do charge back and let me know.
