Now membership

Hi I signed up for the 7 day free trial for now membership, however they have continued to charge me 33.99 for the full month and a £1 charge. I quickly went to cancel it straight away hoping they will refund me but they havent?

The 7 day free trial doesn’t cancel unless you cancel yourself. When you do it won’t automatically give you a refund as that is not how it works.

 

You need to speak with staff directly by clicking “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

The £33.99 charge sounds like a Sports Membership where NOW doesn't offer a 7 day free Sports trial.

 

Do you have a Payment Pin setup on your account ?

 

Do any family members have access to any playback devices on your account and either accidentally or purchased a Sports Membership without your knowledge ?
