Hi there,
I have been with Now Entertainment for several years as part of my Vodafone mobile contract. Now is no longer offered by them so I logged in to set up payment but in the Manage Account section the Entertainment section says Manage by Vodafone. I have had confirmation from Vodafone that my Entertainment Pass has ended. When I select the Manage by Vodafone button (the only option for Entertainment for me) it takes me to an error page. Can someone please help me to sort this? I can't find a webchat option for NOW.

If it’s managed by Vodafone you’ll need to contact them directly by calling customer service.
