I cancelled over a year ago My broadband service. I just looked at my bills and broadband is still appearing on there? It says £0 but Is still coming up.
I went to see if I could cancel it. My entertainment package was there but nothing for broadband.
I just don't understand why it's on my bills when it's cancelled?
Do I need to do anything?
Odd that, maybe it is just how they do things? As long as you're not being charged I guess that's the main thing.
You are better off contacting the Broadband support team by email, or call 0330 332 3050.
Personally I wouldn’t worry about it at all. My NOW broadband was cancelled around 4 years ago when I moved to a property that couldn’t have NOW broadband.
Since then I too have had £0 on my “bill”.
