I have transferred my Now TV Subscription to BT yesterday and BT now manage my bills. Before I transferred to BT, I had already paid Now TV up to the end of November. I was advised that the balance difference, up to November will be refunded to me. Can you please tell me how I will receive this refund. Will it be via BT or Now TV?
