Now TV taken a payment out of my account for something I didn’t order

Now TV has taken a £7.99 payment out of my account even though I didn’t purchase anything

Hi @Anonymous User check in "my passes" whether a pass has been added- you can then cancel from there. You can also check https://account.nowtv.com/payments If nothing shows up on either of these then use this form (£7.99 is probably entertainment pass) Now can then investigate why you have been charged. https://account.nowtv.com/payments/query/
