Can someone at Now TV explain why having cancelled my entertainment pass in July 2019 you are taking payments on March 14th 2020?
I was prevented from closing my account and removing my details because of Now TV's data retention clause so I emailed you in July 2019 to ensure you would not take further payments. I have an email from Now TV dated July 2019 from a chap called Raj at Now TV telling me no more payments will be taken. Yet money has been taken since without permission or notification illegally - £8.99 has been taken every month from my account since I cancelled in July 2019 without my consent.
Please advise on when a refund will be made.

they seem to make a habit of this ... yet again they take money from my account and its like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with someone instead of the ###### bots they use. I have just filed a fraud claim with my back against the unauthorised payments they take.

This is a customer forum. It’ll be unlikely you’ll get a response from Now TV staff regarding TV passes.

Before you do go onto live chat. This link will give you an indication if you have multiple accounts with the same payment details. Sad to say it can and does happen.
