Now TV passes

I was charged for now TV passes my kids got for free trial.they fid not know they had to cancel the passes.i am no £15 down and can't pay my broadband.could I get a refund.

They have done the same to me. I watched the free week sky movies. find out today they have renewed 3 passes and done a £3 a month boost. its way out of order. ive now gone over drawn at my bank. x

My Account/Settings & PINs/Payment PIN is your friend to avoid future mishaps like these.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
